Nowadays, in all the school there is a trend to give homework as they believe that it is good for students. I believe that homework should be given in a hasty manner and not in the form of burden.

It is a mere truth that sometimes; the homework feels like a burden rather than a form of learning. In the fear of completing the homework, the students tend to do it just for the sake of doing and copy it from their friends. Sometimes, the homework exceeds the limit and the student have to stay in home and just study instead of playing outside. Furthermore, due to homework children cannot focus on their creative activity such as drawing, singing, and so on. All this burden in homework leads to stress because of the fear of punishment. 

Homework is an important tool for students to develop their mental strength. Homework makes the students to learn new skills like self-learning. They develop their own pattern of effectively writing and critical thinking. It keeps students from mugging up and gaining knowledge. Also, they build up confidence in themselves for gaining knowledge. Moreover, homework leads to a hardworking person. Homework is the revision of what the teacher teaches in the class. So, if the homework is done in a proper manner then it will clear the concepts of students.

Homework is the best practice for learning but it should be given in a proper manner and not in a manner where students think of it as a burden. Also, homework must be in form of practical and theoretical so students can learn and have fun at the same time.
